How many admin seats does Bugle Community offer?
Unlimited admin seats. Nonprofits can enjoy an unlimited number of admin seats while using Bugle’s Community plan. Whether your nonprofit would like to add account admins for a single event or to manage several events throughout the year, they can do so without any expense.
What is included in Bugle Premium?
Bugle Premium gives users access to Bugle Analytics and automated data transfer using Zapier.
What is Bugle Analytics?
Bugle Analytics consolidates all of your nonprofit’s volunteer program performance into one easy to navigate dashboard. With Bugle Analytics, you can track your organization’s volunteer hours, monitor event outcomes, view chapter/program performance, and manage volunteer profiles.
How much does Bugle Premium’s annual subscription cost?
Bugle Premium’s pricing is based on the size of an organization, charging $49.99 per W-2 employee for an annual subscription.
Ex: If an organization has 10 employees, Bugle Premium costs $499.90 for an annual subscription.
How many admins can I add to my Bugle account?
Whether you have a Bugle Community or Bugle Premium subscription, all accounts can add unlimited admins at no additional cost.
Why does Bugle charge by the number of a nonprofit’s W-2 employees for Bugle Premium?
Charging by the number of W-2 employees allows Bugle Premium to include unlimited admin seats, unlimited events, and unlimited volunteers. Accordingly, nonprofits that upgrade to Bugle Premium pay a fixed annual fee that won’t increase throughout the year.
Our organization does not have any W-2 employees, how much will we pay for Bugle Premium?
For nonprofit organizations with no W-2 employees, an annual subscription for Bugle Premium costs a total of $49.99.
Do 1099 workers count towards the cost of Bugle Premium?
Nope, 1099 employees do not count towards the cost of Bugle Premium. Nonprofits paying for Bugle Premium are only charged by the number of W-2 employees that work at their organization. Nonprofits do not incur any additional costs as a result of their 1099 employees.
How much does it cost to fundraise on Bugle?
Bugle charges a flat 4% fee to all donations placed over the platform. There are no additional processing, transaction, or platform fees.
