Volunteer grants, often referred to as "Dollars for Doers,” are corporate giving initiatives in which companies provide monetary contributions to nonprofits in recognition of their employees’ donated time. These fall under the broader umbrella of volunteer incentive programs, which include various employer-led benefits, such as paid volunteer time off (or VTO), designed to recognize and encourage their staff’s community impact.
